We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is completely accurate, complete, or error-free. If you receive a product that does not match the specifications, please notify us within 24 hours for assistance.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product upon delivery, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of receipt.
- We offer replacement services for manufacturing defects within 6 months of the product's receipt.
- Notify us within 24 hours if you receive a product that does not match the specifications for prompt resolution.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Unused items in their original packaging with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement within 48 hours.
- Used or altered items are not accepted for return or replacement.
- Replacements are dispatched only after passing our Quality Control (QC) process.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
- Special occasion orders, same-day delivery orders, and limited occasion offers are non-cancellable.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your products within the specified time frame. However, delivery times may vary based on location and other external factors. Move2smart is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
8. Payment
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
