Replacement Policy
At Move2smart, we strive to make the replacement process hassle-free for our valued customers. If you receive a defective or damaged product upon delivery, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of receipt. Additionally, we provide replacement services for manufacturing defects within 6 months of the product's receipt. Please notify us within 24 hours if you receive a product that does not match the specifications, and we will promptly address your concerns.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as much as possible. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
